The hotel boasts beautifully maintained heritage. modern facilities coexist well. i found the staff good, especially yogendra ji and devendra ji. They created a warm, home-like atmosphere.
during my visit, the maintenance seemed lacking. an electrical plug socket by the bed was broken. also, the toilet paper roll in my room was half used upon arrival (not ideal).

I found the hotel gardens beautifully maintained. The swimming pool area was so relaxing. The staff were always polite and courteous. They readily assisted me when I needed help with directions. The location is right in the city center. I appreciated the warm, home-like feeling.
The WiFi signal in my room was occasionally weak.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The decor in the room included some design elements. The room also featured a comfortable seating area.

The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any questions. The concierge services included help with arranging local transportation. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient with daily room cleaning.

The hotel has a swimming pool open from 8 AM to 8 PM. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The pool was decent. It was what I EXPECTED.
Our room's air conditioning barely functioned. The temperature hovered around an uncomfortable 28 degrees. I reported it, but nothing changed and the heat made sleeping difficult. The bathroom wasn't much better, it had a leaky faucet kept me awake.
